Returns
Every shirt is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which keeps waste low.
It also means a few things work differently here.
If something's wrong with your order
Misprint, flaw, damage in transit, wrong item in the box: send a photo within 30 days of delivery and I’ll reprint it or refund you, whichever you'd rather.
If the size is off
Sizes vary between brands more than anyone admits.
The size chart lists flat measurements — the most reliable check is to lay a shirt you already like flat, measure, and compare.
If you get it wrong anyway, I'll do one swap. You only pay my cost, covering the reprint and shipping. Or take store credit for what you paid, less production.
If you've changed your mind
Made to order means it can't go back on a shelf. Once it's printed, it's yours.
It’s worth taking a second look at the size chart before checkout.
Canceling an order before it prints
There's a window of about twelve hours between ordering and printing.
Wrong size, wrong address, second thoughts — email me during that window and I’ll change or cancel it, no charge.
