Return and Refund Policy

Returns

I have a 30-day return and refund policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact me at support@forcreativetypes.com and I'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Love your apparel or your money back!

No refunds will be made past 30 days from the purchase date. Please contact support@forcreativetypes.com if you believe you're eligible for a refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
